World of Warcraft launched Patch 11.1.5 for The War Within today. It adds new events, fresh rewards, updates to classes, and much more. Here is just a brief look at some of what the patch entails.

Nightfall Scenario and Flame’s Radiance Faction
A new public scenario, Nightfall, has been introduced. Players will join the Flame’s Radiance faction to defend the Arathi against the Sureki forces. This faction, led by veterans Thaed Pyremaker and Mylton Wyldbraun, offers up to ten levels of Renown. As you progress, you’ll unlock rewards such as new armor sets, a transforming tabard, weapons, and a new color variation of the Delver’s Dirigible mount. Additionally, players can earn buffs that enhance their strength in Hallowfall and Azj-Kahet zones.
The War Within Dastardly Duos Event
Later in the patch cycle, a six-week event called Dastardly Duos will commence. Players can participate in this event by visiting hubs in Stormwind, Orgrimmar, or Dornogal. In the Dastardly Dome, you’ll face animatronic versions of past bosses, battling two or more at a time. The event offers a variety of rewards, including cosmetics, toys, and dungeon gear. Achievements earned during the event can provide additional in-game effects.
Horrific Visions Revisited
Horrific Visions from the Battle for Azeroth expansion have been revamped. Players can now revisit corrupted versions of Stormwind and Orgrimmar, either solo or with a group. A new companion, the Construct of Soridormi, is available to assist players in any role and is unaffected by sanity mechanics. Higher difficulty levels have been added, offering gear up to Heroic quality. New masks and a currency called Displaced Corrupted Mementos can be earned, which can be exchanged for mounts, toys, transmogs, weapon enchantments, and more.
Cooldown Manager UI Update
A new Cooldown Manager has been added to the user interface. This feature allows players to track important class ability cooldowns in a consolidated space. It can be personalized through the edit mode within the UI, providing better management of abilities during gameplay.
Winds of Mysterious Fortune Buff
A new buff, Winds of Mysterious Fortune, has been introduced. This buff provides a 20% experience boost for levels 10 through 80, a 200% reputation boost for Dragonflight factions, and a 100% boost for The War Within factions. Additionally, quests and kills in these expansions’ zones can award Mysterious Satchels containing equipment, cosmetics, or consumables. There also appears to be a daily bonus associated with this buff.
